When you request a cleaning quote or a Leadworks business review, the form may ask for contact details, business or service information, location or ZIP code, scheduling preferences, and any notes you decide to include. Phone calls, text messages, and emails are handled through the phone or email service you choose to use.

Campaign and visit information

To understand which outreach brings people to the right page, this website may record campaign labels included in a link, such as UTM values and common advertising click IDs. It may also record the landing-page path, a referrer with its query details removed, and whether a visitor selected a call, text, email, or booking link.

Contact-link reporting records the type of action, the page, the page section, and campaign details. It does not send the text of a message, the content of an email, or the visitor's phone number through that reporting form.

How information is used

Netlify form handling

This website uses Netlify to host the site and process its forms. Form submissions and campaign-touch records may be stored by Netlify and may generate email notifications for our team. Netlify handles that information under its own service terms and privacy practices.

Information stored in your browser

The site may use local browser storage to remember first-touch and last-touch campaign or referral information on that device. When a Prestige cleaning quote is submitted, the browser may also retain a limited local copy of the quote details so the request path can be reviewed. Browser storage stays on that device unless the browser or another installed tool synchronizes it. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
